What you are trusting us with, and what we do with it.

Your data

Your diary, your client list and your payment records are held in a hosted database, kept separate for each business so that one business can never read another's. You can ask for an export of your data. Hopaby does not keep clinical notes.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe; Hopaby never stores card numbers. A client's card details go to the payment provider, not to Hopaby or to your phone, and a saved card is charged only under the policy shown to the client when they booked.

How to report a problem

If something looks wrong, such as a payment you do not recognise, a message that does not look like ours, or a mistake in what we have published, write to support@hopaby.com and say what you saw. A real person reads it. If you think a text claiming to be from Hopaby is a scam, do not tap the link; tell us.
