These terms cover this website and the Hopaby app, run by Hopaby Ltd (being formed).

The service

Hopaby is a booking diary with deposits and payments for appointment businesses. We aim to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Prices

The prices on the pricing page apply to the plan you choose. No VAT is charged. We will tell you before a price changes.

Your business and your clients

You are responsible for the services you sell, for the terms you give your clients, including deposits and cancellation charges, and for following the law that applies to them. Our guides are general information, not legal advice.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Hopaby at any time. You can ask for an export of your data.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
